Why Holisitic approach to Life?

Think over.. What if we wake up tomorrow morning and there is ..
Life cant be worked out in isolation.. Health, Nutrition, Emotions, Sleep, Finance, Movement, Exercise, or Relationship are all part of us. So if any of it doesnt workout well, it start to impact the overall performance.

So there has to a right balance between everything. this is how people in the past were taught to live. There were no companies who provide us luxury or convenience to order food at any time of day, we were required to work in the morning have breakfast at specific time, same with lunch or dinner. We had to move more, work in farms, talk to people in person, Sleep on time as there were no light or internet or mobile phones, or tv or netflix. So we were bound to follow nature rules. But now, things are changing.
